Here is some possible future pain suffering and high anxiety. I know I should be careful what I wish for, but I would love to do this job.If we get undercut and someone thinks they can do it for less.... Have at it!!!!
Jim and Kathi's house. My first house-redo/side job. I worked on the stone, stucco, and brick.
The 2 brick capped columns were one of my first side job forays. In Los Lagos, Will built the columns. Early 1990's.
Lane Borges' house, a successful architect. Major addition and outdoor kichen, fireplace, columns and garage enlargement.
Walls around the pool. This house I worked with Will on the pre-cast, columns window sills and trim arches ballustrades and entry columns. Wow that job was right when I started talking to Tim.
Ron Smith's house, a big time builder. I did a lot on this one as an employee, I always loved this house.
